GUATEMALA DEEP

On this trip, our partners in service will spend a week engaging in cultural, educational, and service exchange. They will take part in a Maya ceremony and explore traditional Maya medicinal herbs, healing and mindfulness practices. This trip is an opportunity for learning, for healing, for a shift of perspective and for community growth!

Trip Participants will also:

- Visit Iximche Archeological Site

- Visit La Voz Coffee Co-op

- Visit Lake Atitlan

- Take part in Traditional Maya Weaving Demonstration

*The total cost of the program is $1,200.00 per person to cover coordination, logistics, food, lodging, in-country transportation, cultural activities, and language translation.

**Optional excursions to the Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican archaeological site of Iximiche cost about $5.00.

***Airfare is expected to be around $400 round trip.
